I received My Digital Studio and at first I was a little scared. I am not the greatest at computers and I have never scapbooked digitally before. This was so easy. I made 3 pages in less than 10 minutes. I take a lot of photos so I used the latest photos of my boys. I love and I mean love the fact that I can print these off and add matching embellishments if I want. I can make calendars, cards, scrapbooks and so much more. I can even design the card digitally, then go to my office and make the card. Remember if you have a $400.00 workshop in October you can get My Digital Studio (MDS) for half off. This is a great deal. MDS is available October 1st, so get your order in quick. In the month of October if you order $50.00 or more of SU product through me then you will be eligible for a $50.00 gift certificate, so get your orders in now.

Fall is Here?

Fall is here officially today, even though it is 98 degrees. Monday Night football has started so my husband is glued to the TV, so it should feel like fall. The only problem is the weather is telling me it is still summer. How do I start to prepare for the holidays, if fall feels like summer?
I used the new Autumn Splendor stamp set out of the mini catalog. The colors are More Mustard, Chocolate Chip and Taken with Teal.

Fish Card

I wanted to make a fun card for my cousin's birthday. I used the new ornament punch from the holiday mini catalog. I just turned it sideways. I also tried to create seaweed by using the Inspired by Nature Stamp set.
Accessories: Modern Label Punch, Circle Punches
Colors: Sage Shadow, Lovely Lilac and Whisper White.

Stamp-a-Bear Camp

Here is just a taste of what is coming up. I have teamed up with some other demonstrators to bring you a great event. We are doing a Stamp-a-Bear (Build-a-Bear) Camp on October 10th from 10:00 am to Noon and 1:00 - 3:00 PM. This is a great event to bring your children and do some great crafts. No worries we will keep the kids busy stamping, coloring and having fun with our new Build-a-Bear products. I am so excited about this event because I am donating my portion of the proceeds to the Ronald McDonald House in East Portland. So please help me donate as much as we can, plus have a fun filled two hours of stamping and creating with your child. Let's Stamp Soon!

Wedding Swap

I am involved in a wedding swap (exchanging cards with other demonstrators) so I can build a wedding album. I picked Orchid Opulence as my color so that is why they all match. I did a Wedding Invitation, RSVP card, Thank You, Bridal Shower Invitation and Save the Date Card. I had so much fun with this project. Stay tuned for the other wedding swap cards.
Wedding Invitation

Bridal Shower Invitation
I made this with the Big Shot Scallop #2 die. I used re-inker and the satin ribbon so they would match. Then I ran them through the Petals-a-Plenty texture folder and added a flower.

Thank you
I also used the Petals-a-Plenty impression older to do the strip on the side. I used the Razzle Dazzle stamp set and ticket corner punch. The inside is blank for the bride and groom to write their own Thank you.

The RSVP card or response card to the reception. I used Bella's Bloom stamp set.

Save the Date Card
I used a business card magnet on the back so people could put it on their fridge or calendars. I used the texture folder on back of this card. I stamped it with the Viola Too set.

My Husband's Birthday Cards

I made this card for my Mother to give to my husband for his Birthday this weekend. Still not sure about it. My Mom liked and so did my husband so I guess that is what matters. I used the Sence of Time stamp set and the Autumn Harvest Designer Paper (looks very out doors to me).
I can't believe football season is already here, but since it is, I made a football card for my boys to give their father. We went to the Oregon State game on Saturday and the boys loved it. Good thing the Beavers won!!! I used the Beary Best Friends stamp set out of the mini along with Beary Nice Wishes. Since Oregon State is Orange and Black I used the Kaleidoscope Designer Paper and Only Orange Cardstock. I also used the Just Football stamp set to add the #1 and football. Don't you just love the Build-a-Bear stamps and dies!

Since my husband is a avid Poker Player (good thing he wins most of the time), I had to play with the Jackpot designer paper and Viola stamp set. He enjoyed his poker cake. Let's Stamp Soon!

Build-a-Bear Cards Round 2

My Mother came up with this idea. I actually used the Beary Best Friends Stamp Set. I used House of Haunts Set with black embossing powder. Then I had to use the spider from Eat, Drink and Be Scary.
Again I used the Beary Best Friends Stamp Set and colored her in with Water Color Crayons. I used the Textured Impressions Folder Petals-A-Plenty and Eyelet Border Punch to decorate the front of the card. Let's Stamp Soon!
