Last Day of Christmas in July

Here is one of the make-n-takes we are making at my Christmas in July Open House. I got this card as a swap from Sami Brown at Convention and fell in love with it. I changed it around a little bit (of course to give it my touch), but I absolutely love this card.

 Yes that is right, it is ribbon behind the Crumb Cake cardstock. I used the Holiday Framelit Dies that you can order August 1st out of the new Holiday Catalog. Plus their is a matching stamp set.

I used 1/2 Scallop Dots Ribbon in Old Olive and Chocolate Chip. Then on the candy cane I used the 1/3 Stitched Grosgrain Ribbon in Real Red and Whisper White. What is great about this card is you can use your scraps of ribbon, designer paper or cardstock!

Christmas in July

The new Mini Holiday Catalog comes out August 1st, 1 week away. Best Stampin' Up Convention Ever!!!!

I think you can tell from the look on my face, that I am having a great time. If you don't know this about me, I love purses and bags. Well this is the bag they gave us for making Founder's Circle - it even says Stampn' Up on the side metal piece. I love it! I can't say it was free because I really worked hard for it, but I can say I love every inch of it! I have never owend a purse that came with a bag so you didn't get it dirty!

This is part of our group at Convention! These ladies are so much fun to hang with and I am having the time of my life.

Here is the coursage they gave us as we walked up on stage. It was beautiful and smelled so good!

Here is another little tid bit you probly didn't know about me, I am not a big hugger. Well this is me going up on stage and trying to give Rich (President of Stampin' Up) a handshake and he gives me a hug. Well he gave everyone a hug. The best part was Shelly (CEO of Stampin' Up) gives me a hug and says, "first time huh?"

Even though I had no clue as to what I was doing on stage, I have to say I am having the time of my life! What is the saying once you get a taste of the good life you don't want to go back! Well that is how I am feeling now. I can't wait for Thursday and next Friday for my Christmas in July Open House!

Founder's Circle

First and foremost I want to Thank Joy for this great action picture. Stampin' Up gave me an envelope and her is the action photo of me opening the letter and finding out I made the top 100 in Stampin' Up! Thank you to all my wonderful customers for making this happen! Now I get another trip with the CEO of Stampin' Up!!!

I also have to apologize for not posting in forever! My son's summer schedule has been a challenge. I can't work as much as I want too! I have not had a chance to take photos or list all of the stamps and accessories from my garage sale, but I am making that a mission when I get back to Portland! I will give you a hint of what I have up to this point! My garage is still full so I have a ton of stuff to list, I just need more hours in the day!
